We run several Zumba® classes in Sale, Cheshire near
Manchester at various locations -
Zumba® is a latin-inspired dance fitness class for all abilities and
fitness levels! It doesn't matter what age you are, Zumba® can be for you!
Our
adult classes (14+) are led by two qualified fitness instructors. Bringing a
wealth of dance and fitness experience, Maxine and Laura perform on stage
(so you can see their feet) and use a microphone (to give clear
instructions). Disco lights and fantastic music help create a great party
atmosphere.
Just take it at your own pace, follow the instructors and have fun.
There is no need to spend a fortune on dance wear, just come along in general
gym wear: trainers (preferably with not too much tread on the sole), jogging
bottoms and a few layers on top that can be removed as you warm up.
