After 23 weeks of Zoom classes!!! I'll admit I was sceptical as to whether or not it would work, but it did, and although I've enjoyed welcoming you all into my home and garden (and having the choice to jump into the paddling pool after a hot sweaty class). Its time to get back in the main hall at Sale High School. The first class back will be Wednesday 2nd September 6.30pm. It's been a challenging time for us all and the way we live has changed, so there will be a few changes to how I'll be running the classes:
1. There will be a limited number of spaces for each class, so we can adhere to social distancing rules, so please message me to book your space.
2. I will be asking everybody to write down their name and phone number for track and trace purposes.
3. Masks are preferred as you enter and leave the building, but I would not advise them during exercising, but obviously this is up to the individual.
4. Please use the hand sanitizer provided.
I will still be offering online Zoom classes and will require a prepayment of £4.00 to receive the password to enable you to login.
