My name is Maxine Cummins and I run dance fitness classes in Sale, Cheshire at Sale High School on Norris Road, M33 3JR. Classes are a combination of dance styles including latin, disco and much more and is for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. I am a fully qualified fitness instructor with a wealth of dance and fitness experience. Classes are assisted by Anita Barnett, a qualified Zumba instructor.

The classes have a great atmosphere with fab music and dance routines! It’s a great way to get fit whilst having fun. The classes are for ages 14+ and are tailored to suit a range of fitness levels and abilities, offering high and low impact options, so you can take it at your own pace.

Comfortable gym wear and trainers, a towel and don’t forget plenty of drinking water!!!
